Delete Account - TripuNey AI

TripuNey AI Trip Planner - Account & Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your TripuNey AI Trip Planner account and associated data at any time. Please review what gets deleted below before submitting your request.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the TripuNey AI Trip Planner app
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't access your account, email us using the details below instead.

Note: Since sign-in is optional, if you never created an account, no personal data is tied to you beyond anonymous app usage data, which cannot be used to identify you.

Request deletion by email

If you can't delete your account directly in the app, email us at tejadigitalagency@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address you used to sign in. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Timeline

Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records), but it will no longer be linked to your identity.
